Below we go step by step through how to make various settings related to documents and email.
Under Settings -> Document and Email Content there are two tabs, Email Content and Document Content.
Email content
Here are settings to customize the content of order confirmations, receipts and delivery confirmations.
Order confirmations
Choose which properties to display on the customer's order confirmation. It is also possible to add a custom text to be displayed on the order confirmation.
Receipts
Select the properties to be displayed on the customer's receipt. It is also possible to add your own text to be displayed on the receipt.
Delivery confirmations
Activate delivery confirmation when the order is marked as sent.
Document content
Here are settings to customize the content of pick lists, delivery notes and print settings for the order documents.
Pick list
Select the properties to be displayed in the printout of the picking list.
Delivery note
Select the properties to be displayed in the printout of the delivery note.
Order document
Here are the language settings for the printouts, "Same as administrator" (the language selected in admin under "My profile") or "Customer's language". That is, the language chosen by the customer when the order was placed.
