Automatic renewal of store subscriptions

What's new?

The new subscription page allows you to automatically renew your subscription on a quarterly or annual basis and to choose your payment method.

You can choose between card payment and invoice. Invoice is only available for annual renewals.

Make sure that all fields under "My profile" and "Store information" are filled in correctly

You can renew your subscription when you have less than 30 days left on your current subscription

How does it work?

1. When you start your subscription and pay for the first time, a direct debit request will be saved.

2. Next time, we will send you an email one week before the renewal date to inform you about the upcoming payment and its details.

3. on the renewal date, the payment will be charged automatically or an invoice will be generated and sent to your registered e-mail address

4. the subscription will be renewed and the information will be updated in Abicart.

5. If you do not want to continue or change the subscription plan, you can submit a request to downgrade or cancel your subscription.

6. an automatic email will be sent to customer support and we will then contact you.

My subscription overview:

As the name suggests, the overview page gives you complete information about your current subscription. The overview page is divided into four blocks. The number of blocks may vary depending on whether you are using a multi-store or single-store system.
