Change Account Owner Google

It is not possible to change the account owner for any Play account. You would need to create a new account and transfer the apps from the old account to the new account. For a business, I would suggest using a generic email account such as apps@mycompanydomain.com and then it would not be a problem of a member of staff leaves you just assign the email to a new person.
