Prenly slug

Within the statistical data yielded by Prenly and generated based on your reader's actions within the Prenly readers, a slug is a computer-friendly version of a name event-property.

The computer-friendly-fied version transforms any non-UTF8 characters to its closet interpretation, i.e. the Swedish letter "ä" becomes "a", in addition to replacing all spaces with a dash and transforming all characters to its lowercased letter-form.

Given the example "Prenly is user-prenly, meaning it aims to be accessible for all readers", the "slugified" version will be "prenly-is-user-prenly-meaning-it-aims-to-be-accessible-for-all-readers"
