If you want to give your customers the opportunity to chat with you directly in the store, you can add a customer chat to the store's theme.

Activate customer chat in the theme

Go to Appearance -> Themes -> select theme, edit -> tab "Add-on" -> Customer chat

Click "+Add to block" to see which customer chats we support:

You sign up/register with the various providers outside Abicart. Then you put the code you get from the provider (e.g. Zopim) into the theme.

Click on the block to access the settings:

. ..and insert the code you received from the chat provider:

Click "Done" and save.

In this case, the chat (Zopim) appears in the lower right corner of all pages in the store.

In this example, click on it to unfold it and start chatting:
