Integrating Yotpo and Trustpilot with Abicart

What is AFS?

Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) is an invitation method that can be used to automate the collection of service and product reviews. This feature is included in the Free plan of Trustpilot and Yotpo.

Why is AFS important?

This feature automates the process of gathering feedback by sending review requests to customers after a specific time period, such as after they receive their order. For example, let’s imagine you sell electronics online. With Abicart’s option to connect with Yotpo and Trustpilot (AFS integration), you can set up automated review requests to be sent to customers two weeks after they receive their purchased electronics. This timing allows customers to experience the product before providing feedback, resulting in more insightful and meaningful reviews.

How to enable AFS for Trustpilot and Yotpo in Abicart?

Here’s how you can enable AFS for Trustpilot and Yotpo in Abicart:

1. In Trustpilot Business or Yotpo, go to Get reviews > Invitation methods > Trustpilot/Yotpo Automatic Invitations (AFS).
2. Copy their API key and add it to your Abicart account under Settings >> External Connections >> Trustpilot/Yotpo.
3. As per the setting you have made under External Connections >> Yotpo / Trustpilot, you can choose to export the order to them based on the following three scenarios:
