There are many elements in the buying journey that must work for us to achieve the sales development we are aiming for," says Martin.

To promote their webshop, INWI Store primarily uses Google Ads and their social channels, while working intensively with SEO to rank high on Google. Their hard work and focus on these areas has been crucial in increasing visibility and driving sales online.

"It doesn't matter if we think our store is the best in the world if our customers have a different opinion," he says. "Having our ear to the ground and taking on board feedback is a must and very enjoyable work," says Martin.
